THANKSGIVING YOGA & AYURVEDA RETREAT!

NOVEMBER 25-27, 2011

Please join Arun and Jutta for 3 days and 2 nights in the pristine grandeur of the Joshua Tree Retreat Center. Nestled in it’s 420 acres of desert, aquifer and running river,  is the Ding Le Mei House where we will be staying.

This Frank Lloyd Wright designed House is fully sustained with a large dining room, full kitchen, large yoga and lecture space, a fireplace and a small pool.


In this intimate retreat, we will experience 3 powerful days of vinyasa krama yoga & pranayama, ayurvedic teachings, meditations, quiet time and… delicious organic vegetarian food.

Friday November 25:
12-2PM: Arrival and settling in.
2-3PM: Lunch
4-6PM: Opening Circle: Invocation to Ganesha and Hanuman &  Intro to Ayurveda
6:30-8PM: Dinner
8-10PM: Satsang

Saturday November 26:
6:30-7AM: Morning Medicinal Tulsi Tea
7- 9AM: Vinyasa Krama Yoga & Pranayama
9:30-11AM: Breakfast
11AM-1PM:Free time
1-2PM Lunch
3-5PM Lecture: Ayurveda for Daily Living
5 -5:30PM: 5 Element Meditation
6-7:30PM: Cooking dinner together and high tea: chai and cookies while you prepare food and discuss Ayurvedic nutrition and health with Arun, Jutta & Chef Jacquelin
7:30-8.30PM: Dinner
8:30-10:30PM: Satsang

Sunday November 27:
7:30-8AM: Morning Medicinal Tulsi Tea
8-10AM: Vinyasa Krama Yoga & Pranayama
10: 15AM: Chai & Cookies
10:30-11:30AM Special Meditation
11:30-1PM Brunch & Closing Circle
1PM: Departure
Please note that there are wonderful hiking trails close by!
