SEPT-NOV SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Greetings from New Delhi, India. Varsha, the season of the monsoons ran late this year and I am blessed to have cooler days and tapering showers. It is a lovely season in the hotter climes. In Mumbai I was lucky enough to experience a heavy downpour and it brought back hauntingly beautiful memories of childhood. In three days, the adventurers join me for this India Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat. I will meet them in Somatheeram, Kerala. After 8 days of yoga, daily Ayurvedic massages/treatments, pampering with hammocks swaying to the sea breeze, delicious fresh foods and a trip to Kanyakumari, the southern tip of India where 3 oceans meet, we will fly to Chennai and begin our Temple Tour.

At the outdoor yoga hut, lecturing in the sea breeze

And at the larger upper yoga room. Still the sea breeze:)

  1. We have a new book out called The Ayurvedic Vegan Kitchen. It is a celebration of the benefits of Ayurveda and a vegan diet. Now vegans and anyone allergic to dairy products can follow the same nutritional principles as Traditional Ayurveda with this breakthrough cookbook by certified Ayurvedic practitioner, Talya Lutzker. A digital book sampler is available for review so you can consider offering it to your clients. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from anyone interested. Mary Ellen, maryellen@bookpubco.com.
